How it works

Connect a Youth to MAAC

Collaborative placement services.Youth must be referred by their legal county’s DFCS office, DFCS State Office of Provider Management (OPM), or a DJJ Placement Specialist.

The primary focus isassisting with the overall family well-being through the meeting of basic needs first (Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs), followed by aheavy focus on social determinants of health(SoDH).

Financial literacy training and matched savings accounts for ILP-eligible youth.

PACT is designed to work with youth to improve their success and sustainability in a community environment. Eligibility criteria apply, please see application for more details.

Youth leadership development and youth-led advocacy; serving ages 14+ who have experienced foster care.

Individualized support for pregnant & parenting teens in foster care

Educational support for youth in foster care ages 14 and up pursuing high school diploma or GED in Fulton or DeKalb County
